Social Activism: we aim to create pervasive media campaigns through popular (non)fiction story telling as a means of deep social conversation and, ultimately, change.
Global Citizenship: isn’t as pretentious as it sounds. We try to adhere to it after all. It refers to a moral and ethical temperament which informs our approach to everything we do in light of local and global contexts.
Development, and the development of people in particular, is our National Imperative: Indeed, South Africa demands a rapid growth economy. Thread understands that this entails creating access and opportunity for all South Africans. And we are actively seeking BEE partnerships and collaboration on a permanent and project-by-project basis.
